At the completion of each course, both a written and practical skills test is given as a means of certifying students in ProActivity.
This offering teaches ProActivity Users the skills necessary to complete all System-level setup tasks including the definition of: Business Units, Expertise, Roles, Users, User Defined Resources and User Defined Attributes.

Learn the techniques for Discovering Process data via Subject Matter Expert interviews. Included with the offering is hands-on experience defining the Process Hierarchy, entering Activity-level data, and generating a variety of Process Diagrams.

In a hands-on, laboratory environment ProActivity Users leverage their own Process data to generate simple reports using ProActivity Libraries, Standard Reports, and complex Ad-hoc Reports using the ProActivity Report Generator. Also included with this offering are techniques for transforming Current State Process models into Future State designs.

This course focuses on steps necessary to scope and manage new Projects in ProActivity. Included with this offering are topics that address data collection tools and techniques, models for defining the Process Hierarchy, protocols for interviewing Subject Matter Experts, and generating deliverables directly from the ProActivity platform.

Offered exclusively for official Partners of ProActivity, this course focuses on techniques for selling the ProActivity software, collecting initial Client engagement data, defining and managing the scope of a Client Project, interviewing Subject Matter Experts, and generating value-added deliverables directly from the ProActivity platform. Upon signing a Partnership agreement, ProActivity Partners will be able to choose enablement topics of interest to their organization.
Duration: TBD - the duration depends on the enablement topics of interest to the Partner.
Every software has its upgrades! This offering is only available for current ProActivity Clients and focuses on the changes between versions of the product. Topics include a review of changes to current functionality and an introduction to new features.

Each web-based course offering is available on ProActivity's online help website. Courses consist of broad conceptual overviews, an abbreviated business process mapping scenario, step-by-step guides (and videos!) for completing tasks in ProActivity, and hands-on exercise data sheets. After one (or all) online course is completed, you have the opportunity for additional, interactive Project coaching provided by one of our highly experienced Instructors.

Offered to ProActivity Clients that have purchased a maximum of two, single-seat licenses, the Tutorial for Project Administrators teaches the skills necessary to complete all System-level setup tasks including the definition of: Business Units, Expertise, Roles, Users, User Defined Resources and User Defined Attributes.
Duration: Approximately a 1/2 day to complete the Tutorial and a 1/2 day of coaching with an Instructor via a web conference is also included.
Offered to ProActivity Clients that have purchased a maximum of two, single-seat licenses, the Tutorial for Business Process Improvement teaches Users the skills necessary to define each level of the Process Hierarchy, interview techniques for populating Activity-level data, and generate a variety of Process Diagrams.
Durations: Approximately 1 day to complete the Tutorial and a 1/2 day of coaching with an Instructor via a web conference is also included.
